The 2026 BBIA Convention will be held at the Sunseeker Resort, a Hilton property, in Charlotte Harbor, Florida, May 4-7.
Our main room block is in the Lotus Tower, with rooms also available in the main tower.
Distributor meetings will be held in the distributor guest rooms.
Our group rate of $439.00 per night for a one-bedroom Sunsuite Harbor View room has been reduced to $289 per night for each distributor meeting room. The best part about this is the ability for in-room media presentations with no additional cost. Also, the one, two, and three-bedroom suites have a kitchen. The bedroom is separated with a door to create a comfortable meeting environment for our needs.

Breakfast and lunch will also be in the Lotus Tower. It's a short walk from the main tower to the Lotus Tower, with complimentary golf cart transportation also available between the towers. Our group rate will be extended for (3) days prior, and (3) days post our program event dates, based on availability.
Our resort fee has been reduced to $25.00 per night. Additional reductions have been extended for parking - $15/per night self park, $20 per night/valet parking.
